Pasadena Armenian Cultural Festival: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Pasadena Armenian Cultural Festival! We're thrilled to have you join us for a day of celebration, unity, and rich cultural heritage. Before you dive in, please review our terms and conditions to ensure everyone has a safe and memorable experience.
Admission: By attending the Pasadena Armenian Cultural Festival, visitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any instructions or directives provided by festival staff or security.
Compliance with Laws: All attendees must comply with all local ordinances of the City of Pasadena, as well as applicable State and Federal laws.
Safety First: For the safety of all, any items deemed potentially harmful may be confiscated by festival security. This includes, but is not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, and fireworks.
Family-Friendly Environment: This is a family-friendly festival. Please refrain from using foul language, making inappropriate gestures, or engaging in any other disruptive or offensive behavior.
No Alcohol Consumption: No alcohol consumption is allowed at the event. Drinking alcohol and drunken behavior will not be tolerated, and those individuals may be asked to leave.
Smoking: The festival is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is prohibited throughout the festival grounds.
Photography & Filming: By attending the festival, you grant the organizers the right to use any photographs or footage taken during the event for promotional purposes. However, attendees are welcome to take personal photographs. If filming or professional-grade photography is intended, prior permission from the festival organizers is required.
Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the festival, including but not limited to, risks of injury or loss of personal belongings. The Pasadena Armenian Cultural Festival, its organizers, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property.
Environmental Responsibility: Please respect our beautiful city by using trash and recycling bins provided throughout the festival. We encourage a leave-no-trace attitude.
Respect for All: Discrimination, harassment, or any form of intimidation based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or any other grounds is strictly prohibited. We pride ourselves on celebrating diversity and expect all attendees to do the same.
Failure to Comply: Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in removal from the festival without a refund, and potential prohibition from attending future events.
Vendors: (1) The Pasadena Armenian Festival reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole and absolute discretion. (2) Any false or misleading statements made in applications will result in denial of an application or revocation of approval. (3) The Pasadena Armenian Festival will review all preliminary vendor participation applications and issue either a supplemental vendor participation application or an invoice for booth rentals. (4) The Pasadena Armenian Festival may choose to only approve vendors representing Armenian culture in a positive way (5) Fees do not include City business license and health permit fees.
